Go! Fight! Win!

The strongest enemy that you could ever have in losing weight is yourself! Believe it or not!

Losing weight can either be difficult or not depends on the person doing it. I, for example, am having a hard time focusing. I've had my fair share of cheating -- with diet and going to the gym. At some point in my loosing-weight moment, I find it easy to get in shape but there are times that I feel so tired. The bad thing is that I will just stop doing what I have to do.

I got really fed up with dieting -- that's the reason why I got to a 147lbs mark again! My friends have a fitter bods than I am. What makes me go into dieting? Well, I am fed up with being fat in my family, my friends, and at work! Who doesn't want to have a Jessica Alba figure? well I want to have an OH-MY body!

But the bottom line is that I really want to lose weight but sometimes, it's really hard. Don't you worry! If you are feeling this way. That only means you're normal! Who in the world doesn't feel this way? The answer is no one!

Well, lessons learned for me! How about you?
