Day 1: Target! Target! Target!

Alright, Yesterday was fun! I had a 1Km walk. Since I don't have to go to the gym because of errands that I have to do and some stuffs to prepare. But next week I'll begin my weight training -- AGAIN! lol

Alright. 

This morning, woke up around 3:00 AM and done with my early Talk.... :) then went to work after that.

The first meal that I have today was : 

 2 Glasses of Water ++






1 Cup WHITE RICE-- I know this is a bowl of rice! LOL
